Our Mission
Kinsfolk Mahjong offers lessons, events, open play, and meet ups for mahjong learners and groups of all skill levels. Our goal is for everyone to find their community and feel a sense of belonging at the table.
Meet Yvonne
For much of her life, Yvonne focused on protecting, supporting, and pouring into her children and the young people around her. Through over 30 years of coaching basketball, teaching and mentoring, she learned that the real work was about helping individuals see their value and building teams where everyone mattered.
As Yvonne shifts into a new season of empty nesting, she is leaning fully into building and nurturing community for women who are stepping into new chapters of their lives and looking to find their people along the way.

Around the table, something powerful happens. Walls come down. Conversations open up. Laughter fills the room. What begins as a game becomes a place where friendships grow, stories are shared, and people feel seen. Mahjong is simply the doorway. The real goal is building and fostering community where everyone belongs and everyone rises together.
